Bye Bye Panic Mentorship Program was created for anxiety sufferers who were tired of using coping crutches for their anxiety symptoms and wanted permanent relief.

This program was created for people who are tired of going to emergency room/doctors visits and told that everything is fine, and not given a full explanation of what why they're experiencing their symptoms and what to do to make these symptoms go away.

Knowledge:

Learn the mechanics of anxiety, why you're experiencing symptoms, and what to expect along your recovery journey through the recovery roadmap modules. You will learn the ins and outs of anxiety recovery for the first six weeks and complete assignments. Recovery is like a combination lock, you have to build a solid foundation first and do things in the right order to see progress. Each week will be unlocked weekly, so you won't be able to skip any information.

Guidance:
Have access to 5 zoom group coach calls weekly with an anxiety recovery mentorship coach. These calls are approximately 2 hours long. We break through any bottleneck you're having in the recovery journey and give you direct feedback on handling your symptoms and approach so that you make exponential progress.

Community:
Be a part of a community of other thrivers who aren't just experiencing your symptoms but have made progress and recovered. The recovery team is here 7 days a week, answering every single question. No matter where you are in the world or what time it is, the recovery mentorship team and I will be there to help if you have a question about any component of anxiety recovery.

How Long Is The Program?

There are 6 weeks of video content modules with simplified information about recovery.

In addition to educational modules, you will have 5 mentorship call opportunities every week. Attend as many calls as you'd like.

Over the course of 6 weeks, we will have over 30 calls which is more than enough time to help you jumpstart your recovery.

But It Does Not End There

After the initial 6 weeks, you'll have continued support from the recovery team where you will have ongoing check-in group coaching calls for the remaining 6 months or until you feel like you've recovered.

You will have 6 months access to the recovery team via program coaching calls and access to the inner circle community to ask any questions and provide updates
